"The Revolution Will Be Televised" is a short documentary written, directed and produced by Purple Tramble of Purple Reels Productions. The documentary depicts the thoughts of two generations on the 2008 election of Barack Obama. It starts off with a question of why many leaders in the black community are often killed off before they make any substantial progress. It captures thoughts on election day before the results and goes deeper into the minds of black professionals after the President-elect Barack Obama is announced. They predict how this election will bring change to Black America and the world.
